I'm Stepfanie and I'm passionate about all things Brand (and dogs).
While creativity is at the tip-top of my list of priorities, I am a firm believer in merging data with the creative process. As someone who has (admittedly) never loved math, data analysis through a creative lens has offered me new perspectives and has been the backbone I've built my creative agency on. I've worked with hundreds of brands to develop creative strategy, digital campaigns, custom content and generate leads with the ultimate goal of increasing profits while maintaining an authentic, meaningful and impactful brand voice.

I grew up in a house of marketers and newsies and was obsessed with print media as a child.

I got my first professional taste of creative freedom when I began managing a $10m Flagship store on the busy Las Vegas Strip. From managing marketing materials and initiatives to overseeing visual merchandizing floor-sets and product audits, I got to wear many hats. However, this generated an insatiable desire to flex more of my creative muscles without corporate oversight and ultimately led me to start my own agency, Blackfox Creative, in 2015.

Through my creative agency, my team and I managed accounts and created content for all types of clients in an array of market segments, ranging from hotels, non-profits, online fashion and accessory brands, outdoor lifestyle brands, restaurants, bars, festivals & events and more.

I'm passionate about driving brand and growth through my deep experience as a Director of Brand for D2C e-commerce stores, as an agency owner, flagship retail store director, influencer and content creator. I've managed full brand rollouts and redesigned and elevated the brand for dozens of major brands from food to fashion industries and worked with 200+ companies on their marketing and content creation execution and strategy. Always looking for creative, new ways to increase overall company performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics. I believe data is beautiful, which is why I use quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards to increase efficiency, evaluate effectiveness and identify new opportunities for improvement and scalability across all business units.
